The Partnership Project Coordinator will be assigned to support the External Relations Department of Passerelles numériques Philippines Foundation, Inc. in achieving the goal of this project.
The Partnership Project Coordinator will be the one responsible for the overall implementation of project including administration, building out and coordinating the network of partners creating a Filipino ecosystem in IT, education, vocational training, and entrepreneurship, supporting transversal activities, event management and media relations based on the framework of PN strategy, and with the support of the External Relations manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a network of partners including education and vocational training institutions,
PN academic partner USC, CHED, DepEd, and other NGO’s
Facilitates the integration and alignment of project plans and planning activities.
Idenitfy the Key performance indicators (KPI)
Develops a project budget and coordinates funding for sustainability.
Organize, maintain and manage contact lists using Sales Force.
Facilitates events, conducts visits, and coordinates efforts between PN Phils.
partners, IT companies and institutions, Universities, DepEd and CHED.
Engage in bi annual activities /events with the PN partners and more partners from the ecosystem of IT, training, education, entrepreneurship, etc. where we can share knowledge, best practice, experience, innovative actions in terms of training, education, access to employment, technology, entrepreneurship and other topics of common interest, including workshops, trainings, roundtables, debates, conference,
Acts as liaison between PN Phils. and its partners to build a network of partners
across IT training NGO’s creating an IT/education/entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Produces, compiles, and disseminates project related information and reports.
Facilitates with the development of training workshops, project models and other
materials to support partners in developing their collaboration, incorporating each
partner’s culture, strengths and decision-making processes.
Document learnings in every events
Support other departments (training, fundraising, job placement, etc.)
Increase the visibility of PN and PNP
Push an emotional and positive image of PN/PNP
Tracks the progress of all project initiatives
Facilitates communication among partners.
Identifies issues and provides advice as it impacts project progression.
Coordinates the development and implementation of to the External Relations
Take lead in partnership steering committee, including organizing the logistics for
meetings, workshops, and other events.
Coordinates work being performed by the ecosystem and partnership stakeholders
to ensure strategic directions are met.
Coordinate the public release and distribution of reports and press release articles and other products via public outreach, pitching to media, social media and on the PN website in coordination with PN Phils. Communication officer.
Provides regular reports on the status of the project, including a final report.
Conducts implementation and evaluation of the project.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least a Bachelor graduate, preferably taking up mass communication, marketing, business administration or any other related degree
With 1 year professional experience in Event/Project management, Public Relations, or Communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Drive tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Demonstrable ability to plan and prioritize own workload with minimum supervision
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with
stakeholders from various levels of an organization (administrative to executive)
Basic knowledge Public Relations and Marketing communication is a plus
Willing to work in an NGO set-up
