Customer Communications Corp is looking for proven successful inbound call center representatives. Agents receive a base salary plus ~ uncapped commissions and bonuses creating unlimited earning potential. Agents are responsible to meet and exceed sales goals by fielding inbound sales leads/calls, assist with all customer service inquiries, and working with customers to create solutions and by ensuring a smooth sales process.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of call center sales experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check.

The following skills are most important for the Sales Agents.
• Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
• Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about different features, and answer any questions they might have.
• Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
• Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
