Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

• Take in calls and assist clients with their preferred services
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Provide best service to customers in need of assistance in availing of the services provided.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during calls.


QUALIFICATION;

• Earn up to 20k/month + Allowances and Benefits

• Start ASAP

• At least High School Grad.

• Good to Excellent Communication Skills

• With or W/O Call Center Exp.
