Job Description

In this role you will play a key role in management of client accounts. You will work on complex client projects and troubleshoot/resolve complicated client service issues. You will have significant client facing responsibilities, including serving as the day to day lead for smaller clients, and the secondary on larger clients. You will have the opportunity to significantly grow your business acumen and client management skills in the field of outsourcing.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Associates or Bachelor’s level degree
- 3 or more years of account management experience including client engagement or service delivery experience
- Strong client service orientation with ability to proactively understand clients needs and present/implement solutions
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and producing quality deliverables on time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
- Team player who takes initiative, is resourceful and is self-motivated to continuous learning and development
- Computer skills which include proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications and cloud based CRMs

Specific responsibilities:
- Maintain and cultivate client relationships at all levels, seeking to understand their operational and administration needs and articulating Smartsourcing’s employee value proposition, services and resources.
- Facilitate new client implementations including but not limited to project plans, systems set-up and collection of relevant data
- Assist in driving the client onboarding process including gathering client information, preparing and analysing benchmark workflows and processes and communicating courses of actions and updates to clients
- Contribute to the sales process for prospective clients including value proposition creation, proposal development and drafting of contracts
- Proactively advise clients and provide consistent client service to clients, resolving day to day service issues
- Prepare for and facilitate client meetings (prepare agendas and materials, coordinate resources, etc.)
- Manage completion of reports and administrative actions for clients including monthly reporting of offshore office performance
- Maintain and cultivate strong professional relationships to enhance Smartsourcing’s position in the marketplace, including understanding and articulating current service offerings
- Collaborate with Information Management team to evaluate client processes, identify opportunities for improvement, drive replication of best practices and recommend roadmap for process transformation
- Conduct SLA/KPI evaluations and recommend changes
- Act as subject matter expert for team members and clients as assigned
- Build relationships with internal teams
