As an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Call Center Representative you will be answering incoming calls that are Customer Service related. We also have numerous positions available in Inbound Sales and Outbound telemarketing. Ability to handle large call volumes and adhere to posted schedules.
• This person must be comfortable with technology, be internet savvy and have above average problem solving skills.
• Successful candidate will be flexible to work a variety of shifts, which include weekends. Flexibility is a must and requirement
• Previous call center or relevant experience required.
• Must possess a high school diploma and excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities will include taking 80-200 calls per day
• Contribute to contact center objectives on service level and abandoned calls
• Provide proper escalation to management to ensure a positive customer experience
• Learn and utilize all the tools necessary to ensure a quality phone call
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times in support of customer satisfaction
• Provide outbound calling as needed to ensure proper follow-up to appointments.
• Maintain open availability work shifts required to staff for call volumes
• Resolves problems by clarifying the issue; determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution to resolve the problem and following up to insure resolution
• Answer incoming sales calls and customer service calls.
• Ability to handle large call volumes and adhere to schedules.
• Help diffuse customer escalations with proper problem solving techniques.
• Handle Customer Service issues and proper escalations to Management.
Required Position Skills
• Demonstrated success and proven track record meeting or exceeding quota or set goals
• Ability to effectively make 200+ calls/day when required to in Outbound projects
• Excellent phone presence and ability to handle difficult situations and customers
• Desire to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Desire to develop and grow in a customer service environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and use of internet
• Possess high-energy, adventuresome, responsive, focused, and caring attributes
• WPM of 30+
• Proven ability to control a situation and create a win-win solution is required
