How CebuJobs Work?

Regardless if you have an account or not, you will be able to search and access almost all of our pages except if you’ll be posting or applying for a job.

    This category enables you to filter all the job posts and job seekers based on their location (city).

  • Job Categories

    These are hundreds of jobs categorized based on their field of expertise. Use this to make your searches fast and easy.

  • Job Levels

    Job level is categorized since every job posts require specifications. You can search from a variety of posts basing on the job level required.

  • Contract Types

    This indicates the duration or time span of the contract an employer is offering. However, if the company hires you, any alterations of the job contract will be shall be agreed only between you and them.

  • Search Bar

    Aside from the job categories, you can manually input the type of job you are looking for. Make sure to use short and specific keywords in inputting the job title, skills, or keywords you wish to search.

    These lists are the newest jobs which were posted on our site. You might consider scrolling down to see if some company just posted the job you are looking for. The newer the job post which you’re going to apply, the better.

  • Chat Support

    If you have any questions and clarifications which are not stated in our FAQ section, please feel free to do quick inquiries using our chat support.

After clicking on job categories, search bar, or any specifications, you will see a list of job posts which are matched to it. Just click the button “See Details” to see the job’s full details and description.

As you can see, every job post contains the necessary details of the type of job they are hiring, their company’s name, the contract type, and the date they posted the job.

This is an example of a precise job post. It is not detailed but all the necessary information was filled. Enumerating as many skills helps our system identify which job seekers qualify your post the most.

If you want to apply for the job, just click the button below. If you do not have an account, you will have to make one before you can apply to any job. And if you already have an account but you’re not logged in, you just have to log in from the button, and apply for the job.

After you attempt to apply for a job and this notification pops up, this means your personal information is not completely filled which makes you unqualified for the job.

We suggest you update your personal information as well as the details of your profile.

How to register
  • Register an account

    Create and register by using your exact name and address as well as the official email address which you are using. Click "register" to our signup to be directed to our registration form.

    Choose the Employer section if you wish to post a job, and Applicant if your purpose is to look for a job.

  • Confirm and Verify your account

    Verify your account by clicking the link we have provided from the email that we sent.

  • Update Profile

    Update your profile by filling in all the information asked. We suggest you not to leave an information unfilled as we match jobs posts with qualified job seekers/candidates.

    Failure to add descriptions and skills specifications prevents our system to match job a seeker’s skills to a particular job post.

Profile settings

Always remember the importance of filling in all the questions and information asked as this is the basis of our system's skills-matching ability. This means that we will only be able to recommend you to job posts who have skills requirements which matched with yours.

  • Matched Jobs

    Indicates the number of job posts that matches your skills. You can click each one of them to see their details.

  • My Applications

    This gives you a summary of all the job posts/companies which you have applied to

  • Profile Settings

    Here is where all your information is being stored and displayed. You can always change and update it whenever you have to.

Tips for making an Efficient Profile

  • Use accurate information

  • In your summary, avoid using symbols and codes to for emphasis. Use plain text as our system reads your data from the information you provide. Using unrecognized characters will prevent us from gathering your details accurately.

  • Add your Job Experiences and Educational background if there’s any as this gives you one step ahead in becoming a qualified applicant.

  • Note: Avoid using adjectives and modifiers in adding your skills. Keep it short and precise as modifiers may cause confusion to our system and delay the matching of skills from applicants to job posts.

    Correct: Microsoft Office Application

  • Control your profile visibility by clicking ON/OFF. If you’re already hired by a company, we suggest you turn it off so our system can prevent sending unnecessary information by continuously finding you jobs that match your skills.

An employer’s dashboard is different from the applicant’s as they use cebujobs.ph for different purposes.

    This contains the list of job posts an employer has created since the beginning. All the important details and status of your post is recorded and displayed.

  • Add/Connect your Social Media Profiles if there’s any. With this, you can share your job posts to your social media profiles to make your job hunting easier and fun.

  • My credits

    Your credits indicate the amount you are allowed to spend. Our modes of payment in buying credits are through Cheque pickup, Bank transfer, and PayPal. Credits can be used in unlocking applicant profiles and job posts upgrade.
